For weekly and more reservation,a non-refundable deposit of RMB 300 or USD$40 is needed to confirm your order.we accept Master,Visa and JCB credit card for payment of your deposit,you can pay the deposit online using our IPS Pay function,5% of total amout should added for credit card processing fee
For less than week reservation,we can waive the deposit requirement if you can reconfirm your reservation 3 days before your check-in date
Date available are subject to change as we are taking bookings all the time.Bookings are subject to our normal terms and conditions.
2. Service
All the self-catering room includes the following:
**Free Once per week room cleaning service
**Charge includes water, lighting and heating.
**Free BroadBand Internet Access
Airport meet & greet service: RMB 300
3. Check in ( 6:00 - 23:00 )
1) Please contact us in time after you arrive the destination.
(If your arrival time is changed, please inform us 1 day in advance)
2) Pay rental and deposit at the spot, fill in the register form .

3) Check Passort/Identity Card.
4) Guest check the facilities of apartment,hand over room card/key.
5) Sign a rent contract.
We can help you to do the police registration procedure,you should register your residence to community police station whithin 24 hour of your arrival in china territory,otherwise you may incur a less than RMB 500 penalty.
4. Check out( 6:00 - 23:00 )
1) Should be before 12:00am.
12:00-18:00: charge 0.5 day rental
18:00- : charge 1 day rental
2) Check if there any damages in the room.
3) Turn back the card/key.
4) Check out, refund deposit.
If you change the period of your stay, please submit it for our approval.
